Yes. The Explorer plan gives you access to browse companies and explore the ecosystem at no cost. No credit card required.
How does billing work?
Every paid plan is billed annually — there is no monthly plan. Professional is US$480/year (US$40/month equivalent), Clinical Trial Site is US$672/year (US$56/month equivalent), and Company is US$960/year (US$80/month equivalent). The per-month figure is an equivalent, not a cadence you can buy. Enterprise is priced per user seat and shown when you choose your number of users.
What is the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is the Company plan plus additional user seats, for teams of 4 or more. Choose Start Enterprise, pick the number of users you need and check out online — the annual price is tailored to the number of seats you choose. For very large teams, request a quote and we'll come back within 2 business days.
Which plan fits a government body or agency?
BioMeetUp fully supports government bodies, regulatory agencies, economic-development and trade organisations — when signing up, choose 'Government & Regulatory' as your organisation type. The right plan depends on how many people need access: the Company plan covers up to 3 users, and the Enterprise plan adds seats for larger teams (4+ users). Enterprise can be bought online for the number of users you need; for very large teams, request a quote and we'll tailor one. Individual staff at a public body can also join free on Explorer, or as a Professional. ('Government & Regulatory' is a company type available on every plan except Clinical Trial Site.)
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Explorer to Professional, Clinical Trial Site or Company at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time from Subscription Settings. Cancelling turns off your next renewal, so you are not charged for another year — and you keep full access for the rest of the period you have already paid for. Changed your mind? You can resume the subscription before it ends.
What's included in the Company plan that isn't in Professional?
The Company plan covers 3 users in total (the owner plus 2 team members), Company Booth management, and company-level strategy and goals. Need more people? Enterprise keeps every Company feature and adds seats for teams of 5 or more, priced to the number of seats you need.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Explorer plan is an ongoing free tier with core features. You can explore the platform before deciding to upgrade.
